A former Colorado DJ is suing Taylor Swift after he was accused of groping her butt at a meet-and-greet, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court…..
Both David and Shannon had their pictures taken backstage with Taylor, but herein is where the controversy lies and it’s specifically with a picture. Taylor allegedly complained that David lifted her “skirt with his hands and grabbed her bottom” while it was being taken. After Taylor felt she was violated, she ordered her security team to step in, and they removed David and Shannon from the premises.
Then, following a series of alleged calls from Taylor’s management to KYGO, David was told he no longer had a job there. Now, David claims that he wasn’t the man responsible for bottom-gate and is alleging that someone else was the culprit, and he’s just the fall guy.

Taylor’s camp told the outlet that “the radio station was given evidence immediately after the incident. They made their independent decision.” David is looking to recuperate his lost income. At the time of the alleged incident, he was making $150,000 a year.
It’s not the first time Taylor has been in an uncomfortable situation. On Aug. 4, an overzealous audience member hit her on the leg while she was performing in Edmonton for her 1989 tour.
The incident was, understandably, quite scary for the “Shake It Off” singer — and it was all caught on video. She was super into her performance of “Bad Blood” when the fan tried to grab hold of her ankle, and she jumped back in fear and had to take a pause from singing the lyrics as she glared in the direction of her attacker with a shocked expression. Truly a pro, the 25-year-old almost immediately continued with the song, and security quickly approached the audience member.
