“Not Every Relationship Must Lead To Marriage” – Sonia Ogbonna

Sonia Ogbonna, the wife of popular actor, IK Ogbonna took to the ‘gram to advise fellow women on relationships.

She wrote;

“For some reason,people (mostly females) are brainwashed to think that every relationship that didn’t lead to marriage is a”waste of time”. Where you rushing to? Let me start with à gently reminder-marriage isn’t any form of achievement like some of you might think . You make yourself a Queen,no one will do it for you. Achievement is to be happy. Period. Let me explain further: everybody was sent to our lives for a purpose,but NOT EVERYONE was meant to stay.

Some are meant to teach you things you need to know to continue your journey towards your destiny ,but without them. Your paths will split after their mission is complete ,and that’s not a tragedy but a huge blessing . You helped each other out now its time to go. No regrets,no hard feelings because EVERYTHING sent your way is ALWAYS a GIFT Experience is the greatest source of wisdom,and be thankful for it. Real purpose of it is not to teach you about others or to make you develop a negative stereotype about them (“all men this/all men that”wink but to allow you to get to know YOURSELF better. That’s the real purpose of interactions with others-to trig a knowledge that will help you understand yourself better,to understand what you really want and what you can/can’t deal with . To help you learn about your own capacities and weaknesses and above all to help you open your eyes about what you truly deserve and how worthy you actually are. Without experience you are most likely to settle for any kind of rubbish treatment and poor relationship assuming its all “normal” and “the way it was suppose to be” because you simply have no clue about life and you barely know yourself so you can easily fall a victim of manipulation and COMPLETELY LOOSE YOUR PERSONALITY in process. Take your time. You gotta stop FORCING things-it can only lead to to MISERY,relax,enjoy life,love yourself,follow signs and hear your guts out: whatever feels off,trust me, probably is. #soniaogbonna“

Nollywood actress Stephanie Okereke-Linus and her husband, Linus Idahosa, on Sunday, celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary.

The actress took to her Instagram page, @stephanielinus, to celebrate the milestone with a display of a picture of herself and her husband.

Ashanti confirms pregnancy as she announces engagement to Nelly

Ashanti, an American singer and songwriter, has turned to Instagram to announce her engagement to rapper Nelly.

She also announced that they are expecting a kid together.

This comes after they reignited their relationship last year.

The pair announced their engagement and pregnancy to Essence.

“This new year of my life is such a blessing full of love, hope, and anticipation,” Ashanti told the outlet. “Motherhood is something that I have looked forward to, and sharing this with my family, fiancé, and loyal fans, who have been so supportive of my career, is an amazing experience.”

The “Foolish” singer also posted a video on social media advertising her and Nelly’s brand, Proov, which offers an at-home pregnancy test. In the footage, Ashanti appears to be getting ready to walk onstage when someone asks how much time she will need.

‘I didn’t do it’ — Korra Obidi kicks as ex-husband accuses her of cheating during pregnancy

Korra Obidi, the Nigerian dancer, has denied a claim by Justin Dean, her ex-husband, that she cheated on him while pregnant with their second child.

In a video, Dean said Korra traveled to Nigeria for a friend’s wedding when she was five months pregnant.

He alleged that Korra slept with her friend’s fiance. He also shared what he claimed to be chats between his ex-wife and the man.

“Korra, my ex-wife went to Nigeria for her friend’s wedding and slept with this woman’s fiance, while she was 5 months pregnant with our daughter,” he said.

“I was so upset when I found out that she has been sleeping around. It was very risky. She could have contracted SDTs while she was pregnant. That is a big deal.”

Reacting to Dean’s claim of infidelity in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Korra she “did not do it”.

“Long story short, I didn’t do it. If you believe, your papa papaaa,” she wrote.
