According to a 30-seconds video spotted online, the council chairman who conversed in the Hausa language with a mechanic could be seen slapping the technician.
Nigerians on social media have however condemned the act and request a proper investigation into the allegation and the chairman brought to justice on grounds of power abuse and assault.
