Chief of Staff to the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Ephraim Inyangeyen has been spotted giving out COVID-19 palliatives to friends, family and party supporters as Christmas gifts.
Reports have it that he hoarded the palliatives and decided to share them to people on Christmas day and social media users are not glad at all.
