Court Adjourns Baba Ijesha’s Trial Till September 27
According to Reporters, the Ikeja Special Offences Court has adjourned until September 27, the trial of Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James, alias Baba Ijesha charged with alleged defilement.
The reports that the trial which was scheduled to continue today did not hold due to the absence of the presiding judge, Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo, who is currently attending a Judges Retreat alongside other members of the Lagos State Judiciary.
The registrars at her court however informed the correspondent that the new trial date has been communicated to all the parties to the suit.
