Senate President ‘Saraki’ And Ekweremadu Resumes Their Trial Today(Photos)
Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki and his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu resumed in court today to defend a case levied against them over alleged involvement in the forgery of Senate Standing Rules, 2015.
Justice Yusuf Halilu of the Abuja High Court at Apo, on July 11 adjourned it due to the Judiciary’s annual vacation. Saraki and Ekweremadu are alleged to have masterminded the usage of the said bogus Standing Rules for the June 9, 2015, election, which was what helped them attain their current positions
