John Terry returns to Chelsea four years after retirement
Chelsea FC legend, John Terry, has returned to the club four years after he announced his retirement from professional football.
The former England defender announced this today via his verified Twitter handle, stating that he was returning to the Blues in a consultancy role with the club’s academy.
He wrote, “I’m delighted to announce that I’m coming home, and have taken up a consultancy role @ChelseaFC academy. As well as delivering on-field coaching sessions, I will be involved in coaching discussions and mentoring our academy players.”
