SEE FULL LIST: Sanwo-Olu retains Omotoso, Abayomi in 39-member cabinet

On Friday, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, sent the list of members of his cabinet to the state house of assembly.

Gboyega Akosile, chief press secretary (CPS) to the governor, said the list consists of 39 names with 30% women, youths, technocrats and politicians.

While some of the immediate past cabinet members such as Gbenga Omotoso, the ex-commissioner for information and strategy, and Akin Abayomi, ex-commissioner for health, were re-appointed, new members like Idris Aregbe, Lawal Pedro, senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN), and Oreoluwa Finnih-Awokoya were introduced.
