Big Brother Naija 2017 Audition Starts In November 2016
Big Brother Nigerian version is now called Big Brother Naija and it will begin in January 2017 however audition for the reality TV show begins in the month of November 2016.
According to MultiChoice Nigeria Managing Director, John Ugbe, the reality TV show was reinvented to draw pan-African audiences by bringing back the Nigerian version.
MultiChoice Nigeria MD said this in Lagos on Wednesday that the return of the reality show was based on popular demand by people who wanted it back.
Big Brother Naija audition date is 26th and 27th November 2016 in Lagos
Big Brother Nigeria was a reality TV show, a collaboration between Nigerian and South African production teams and the show was based on the Big Brother TV series in which 12 contestants were isolated to live in a house and compete for a cash prize of $100,000.
The person who gets to stay till the end of the show without being evicted by the viewers goes home with the sum of $100,000. The show was aired on DStv Channel 37 from March 5 to June 4 2006.
Now after 10 years the show is coming back with more excitements and fun.
