‘Find Small N72,500 Settle This Boy,’ Basketmouth Tells 2baba
One of Nigeria’s leading stand-up comedian, Bright Okpocha, famously called Basketmouth, has told 2Baba to settle Blackface with “small N72,500.”
The comedian said this as a response to the singer’s recent diss track targeted at the “African Queen” singer.
The comedian shared a short video skit on his Instagram page, where he can be seen with his “My Flatmates” crew in all shades of sarcasm as they listened to the diss track.
While describing the impact of Blackface’s song on 2Baba’s music career, he said he had called on the Nigerian music legend to pay off Blackface but his advice was left unheeded.
“Black Face….why naaaa????? @official2baba I don tell you make you find small N72,500 settle this boy since. You no de hear word,” he wrote.
Recall that the former member of the now-defunct Plantashun Boiz music group, had released a new song on Monday titled “War,” dissing 2Baba, his former music partner.
