Social media went gaga after a lesbian couple posted photos and video of their wedding on twitter.Just as expected, while some family, friends and members of the LGBT community were throwing in their congratulatory messages, some other people on the platform took turns to bash the couple.A particular user went to the extent of calling the couple unfortunate beings who wouldn’t have existed if a woman had not come together with a man to give birth to them.The man wrote:
They’re both unfortunate beings. Cause they wouldn’t have been in existence if their mothers were lesbians.
He was immediately being bashed by other people on the platform who marveled at his ignorance
You do know that artificial insemination has been around since the late 1700’s. And that adoption is also a thing. You can’t be this ignorant and homophobic. Mind the business that pays you.” a lady wrote
While responding to his tweet, another user mentioned that they are adults and should be free to do as they please
That’s fine you don’t agree nor accept same sex relationships truly is your view. But pls do not call them unfortunate beings or comment on their happiness. They have that right. Congratulations ladies. Look amazing wishing you blessings & happiness.
