The Wife of the Governor of Enugu State Mrs Monica Ugwuanyi recently launched Tippy Tap constructed For Primary School Students In Enugu State with the aim of encouraging the students to exhibit the habits of washing their hands regularly with clean water to avoid Diarrhea, cholera and other diseases.
