Nigerian fashion designer Yomi Casual has come out to say that to discipline your child or children is not child abuse, insist that if a child dose anything wrong, instead of defending his wrongs, the child should rather be disciplined. He went further to indicate that if a parent fails to defend her children when they do wrong, they might have to defend them in court by hiring a lawyer to defend their crime/s.
Yomi Casual is totally right about this point, as parents have taken it as a point of duty to defend their kids as a way of pampering their children, with claims that children are not meant to be disciplined, that gone are the days that these kinds of things happen.
