Marvin And Lucille Celebrated Their 60th Anniversary As They Wore Their Original Wedding Outfits
The lovebirds from Nebraska, US, marked the milestone with this beautiful photo shoot, complete with the wedding dress that Lucille made in 1960.
Remembering their special day, Lucille told local news reporters: “My dad cried. He was the only one that cried. My mother beamed and they both thought Marvin was just perfect, and that does help when your parents like the person that you’re marrying.”
Photographer Katie Aurty shared the images on social media, saying: “What an amazing example these two are of true love standing the test of time. I am so glad to have met them, and honoured to have captured these memories for them.”
