Joe Biden’s Dogs Kicked Out Of White House After Alleged Biting Incident
Joe and Jill Biden’s dogs have been removed from the White House after the younger dog, Major, allegedly bit a security agent.
US media reports that the German Shepherds have been sent back to the Biden family home in Wilmington, Delaware.
Major is reported to have shown “agitated behavior on multiple occasions, including jumping, barking, and charging” at White House staffers and security.
The Bidens adopted three-year-old Major in 2018. He became the first dog from an animal shelter to live in the White House.
Their other dog, 13-year-old Champ is far more mellow.
Both dogs moved into the White House four days into Joe Biden’s presidency.
The First Dogs—Champ and Major—arrived at the White House on Sunday from Delaware.
The two German shepherds are the first pets to live at the executive mansion since the Obama administration. https://t.co/imJ5jzdi7a pic.twitter.com/JXChPJQBXF
