Court Sentence Yahoo Boy To Six Month In Prison
Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Special Offences Court Ikeja, Lagos State sentenced one Aniedo Chuka Ricardo to six months in prison with and option of fine in the sum two hundred thousand naira.
Delivering her sentencing after defendant accepting guilt of the one count charge ” I hereby find the defendant guilty has charged”.
Defence counsel A.O Akuye pleaded with the court to show mercy to the defendant

While delivering her judgement “I have considered the allocutus of the defence counsel. I hereby sentence the defendant to six month in prison or an option of fine of two hundred thousand naira.
