Bruce Willis to retire from acting due to aphasia diagnosis
Bruce Willis, the US actor and filmmaker, has announced that he is retiring from acting after he was diagnosed with aphasia.
Rumer, Willis’ daughter, broke the news in a statement shared via her Instagram page yesterday.
Aphasia is language disorder which affects a person’s ability to communicate effectively.
In the statement, Rumer said the condition has taken a toll on the actor’s cognitive abilities.
