‘I’ve been working for 14 years’ — Timini Egbuson to take break from acting
Timini Egbuson, the Nigerian actor, says he is taking a break from acting.
The actor in a recent podcast interview with Kamsi Nnamani, the content creator, said he has been working tirelessly for 14 years with minimal sleep and breaks.
He also announced his plan for a sabbatical next year.
“I only rest when I go out at night. I only sleep five hours to six hours a day. And then keep the work going. But next year I am going on a sabbatical. I have been acting for the past fourteen years consistently,” he said.
“There has never been a downtime or a time when I am just chilling. And I did not say that with pride. I say that with all humility. It has just been God.”
Timini made his acting debut in 2010 on Tinsel, an M-Net soap opera.
He has since appeared in a plethora of hit movies such as ‘Breaded Life’, ‘Elevator Baby’, ‘Introducing the Kuju’s’, ‘Dinner At My Place’, and ‘A Tribe Called Judah’.
