Portable announces new EP ‘Ogo Wanted’
Portable, the controversial singer, has announced his forthcoming extended play (EP) ‘Ogo Wanted’.
The singer shared the poster of the yet-to-be-released project on Instagram, accompanied by a caption that reads, “Ogo Wanted. Music money pass yahoo. Zehnation, many many inspiration”.
However, the release date of ‘Ogo Wanted’ has not been announced yet.
The project comes on the back of the singer’s recent controversy with Ogun state officials, which led to his arrest and arraignment on a five-count charge, including assault.
Portable had allegedly led a gang in a violent attack on Ogun officials who attempted to seal his bar due to a lack of approved permits.
The singer was declared wanted on February 18 but turned himself in the next day. He was later granted a N2 million bail and his case was adjourned until March 5.
After his bail, Portable reached out to Fuji musician Pasuma to sponsor his trip to Mecca for Hajj.
