Vinicius is damaging Real Madrid’s image – Former Valencia coach Flores
Former Valencia coach, Quique Sanchez Flores believes Real Madrid star Vinicius is denting the image of the club with his unprofessional behavior, particularly during last Sunday’s El Clásico victory.
In a discussion on El Partidazo de Cope, Flores stated that the Brazilian international should be punished for his attitude toward manager Xabi Alonso after he was substituted against Barcelona.
“The Vinicius case is a cross-cutting one, which reaches the Real Madrid management primarily because of image,” Flores remarked.

“Vinicius is damaging the club’s image in front of millions of people, and it’s clear the club must take action. In this specific case, we’re talking about Vinicius’s disrespect towards a teammate who comes in and shares everything with you all day long during training.”
Flores emphasized that the issue impacts the locker room: “I believe this affects the players. It’s something the captain and the team must resolve together.”
