Mr Eazi says first child with Temi Otedola could arrive soon, jokes about twins

Nigerian singer and entrepreneur Mr Eazi has expressed excitement about becoming a father as he and his wife, Temi Otedola, prepare to welcome their first child.

Speaking in a recent interview, the Afrobeats star said the baby could arrive “anytime soon” as he reflected on the new phase of life awaiting the couple.

Mr Eazi jokingly referred to the unborn child as “Ajibade Junior” and suggested there was even a possibility of twins, although he did not announce that Temi is actually expecting twins.

Asked what excited him most about seeing his wife become a mother, Mr Eazi said he was looking forward to discovering another side of their relationship.

He said marriage had allowed them to continue learning about each other and building their lives together, describing parenthood as another journey they would experience as a couple

Temi and Mr Eazi publicly announced in May that they were expecting their first child.

The couple shared maternity photographs on social media to confirm the pregnancy, attracting congratulatory messages from family members, celebrities and fans.

Mr Eazi, whose real name is Oluwatosin Ajibade, and Temi held a series of wedding ceremonies in 2025 after several years together.

Their celebrations included a civil ceremony in Monaco, a traditional Yoruba wedding in Dubai and a white wedding in Iceland.
