Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He rose to prominence in 2012 after releasing the lead single “Like to Party” from his debut studio album, L.I.F.E.

The African Giant album was nominated for the Best World Music Album. This news has come after the cancellation of the singer’s performance at South Africa due to the ongoing feud of artistes Burna Boy and AKA World who requested that the singer apologizes to South Africans for reining insults on the country.
