Diddy’s projected prison release date moved forward again to January 2028

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ projected release from federal prison has been moved forward again, with current Federal Bureau of Prisons information reported by US media listing January 21, 2028 as his expected release date.

The latest adjustment comes after Combs’ release date had changed several times during his incarceration.
Earlier in September, federal prison records reportedly listed February 5, 2028 as his projected release date. It has now moved forward by roughly two weeks. Page Six
Combs is serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after being convicted in 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
A jury acquitted him of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex-trafficking charges.

His projected release date has changed repeatedly as his sentence has been recalculated.
