Alexx Ekubo breaks silence on ex-fiancee’s apology
Alexx Ekubo, the Nigerian actor, has reacted to the apology of Fancy Acholonu, his ex-fiancee.
Last Thursday, Acholonu apologised to the film star for calling off their wedding in 2021.
In 2021, the couple was in the news after Acholonu called off their marriage over a misunderstanding.
Acholonu, in her apology where she admitted to still loving Ekubo, stated that she overreacted in 2021.
“Nothing makes sense when we’re apart @alexxekubo you still have my heart,” she had said.
“I miss you, I love you. I’m truly sorry for all the hurt & pain you and your family went through with our breakup.
“My actions in how I handled things were out of my character. I should have controlled my emotions and not been so overreactive.
“I said too much, I did too much. Please forgive me, I’ve learned my lesson on how to handle situations better.”
In his reaction via the comment section of Acholonu’s post, Ekubo appreciated her apology.
“@fancyacholonu I appreciate the apology, may God bless us all,” he wrote.
