Black marketers loiter around NNPC Towers in Abuja, sell petrol in jerrycans (Photos)
Since the recent petrol scarcity in the federal capital territory (FCT), some residents have been selling the product on the black market for as much as N600 per litre.
Some black marketeers were seen loitering around the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Towers in Abuja today, selling the product without hassles.
