Aisha Buhari Emphasises Her Commitment To The Nigerian Child
Her Excellency wife of the President Aisha Buhari re-emphasised her commitment to the Nigerian child today.
Speaking during her visit to the Army Day Secondary School, Manbilla Barracks, she explained the importance of education and how it should be used to end violence against children.
She also told the female students that getting an education is not a deterrent to getting married but rather an addition, it would help them in choosing the right partner, help them in child spacing,and curbing outbreak of diseases.
She further told the teachers they had a responsibility to be committed to their duties and pleaded with them to pay special attention to the girl child.
