Beyonce and Jay Z are set to move into a lavish $45 million mansion after being forced to move.
The superstar couple are renters, and have signed a one-year lease on the mansion in posh Los Angeles neighborhood Holmby Hills, according toTMZ.
The five-bedroom home was previously owned by LA Dodgers owner Frank McCourt, who sold it to a British billionaire last year. The billionaire is now renting it out for $150,000 a month..
