Four Nigerian University have now featured in the Times Higher Education University Rankings. This follows 5 pillars in which the Universities where rigorously measured on; Teaching, Research, Citations, Industry Income and Internationalization.
Covenant emerged no 1 in Nigeria and joint no 4th in Africa.
UI emerged no 2 in Nigeria and joint 8th in Africa.
Unilag broke into the ranking for the first time, surpassing UNN in 3rd place in Nigeria and 18th in Africa.
UNN sits at fourth place in Nigeria with 26th in Africa.
OAU fails in it’s bid to get included this year.
