Olakunle Churchill Takes Tonto Dikeh To Court Over Neglect Of Son

Tonto Dikeh Faces Custody Palaver As Ex Hubby Threatens Court Action Over Neglect of Son In Abuja
Indeed, it’s a tough time for Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh.

If only she hadn’t gone to Dubai!
The actress, who is becoming calmer on social media lately, is definitely not having it as rosy as she tries very hard to portray on Instagram.

Now with the return of her ‘best friend’, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky, to Nigeria a few days ago, its obvious the hyper active actress is stuck in Dubai.

Arrested and detained in a Dubai prison five weeks ago when she was supposed to have attended the One Africa Music Fest and BamTeddy wedding, Tonto Dikeh was also charged to court but was later rescued from deportation/imprisonment by paying a fine.

Meanwhile, prior to the payment of fine in a Dubai court, Tonto who was granted bail, could not travel to Nigeria because her passport was seized and she had to report daily to the police in Dubai.

But the concern now is her son, King Andre.
The four-year-old son, a product of her marriage to businessman, Olakunle Churchill, not only lacked motherly care, King Andre is with a nanny that even his father cannot access.

“Tonto, who has the custody of the innocent boy, has stopped his father from seeing him and the estranged couple has been in court over the child’s custody since 2017,” a source revealed exclusively to Kemi Ashefon.

“She has changed the child’s name from King Andre Igo Oladunni Churchill to her maiden name, Dikeh. That is an abnominable act! He is the father, he foots the bill and you now changed his son’s name to your father’s name. The father, who has been giving a monthly allowance of N200,000 and paying school fees has been denied access to the boy despite court order.”

Though Tonto claimed the bride price was paid with her money, there have been several denials from the ex husband, who claimed he paid the dowry with his money and even got a refund from her family in Port-Harcourt when she packed out of his house and refused to be his wife again.

Confusion lingers as Tonto stays back in Dubai to clear her name in the court and get her passport back.

Her passport back?
“Yes, the current passport is with the Dubai police. Tonto Dikeh still has an ongoing case in court and would not return to Nigeria for sometimes. The passport she showed off on Instagram to spite blogger, Stella Dimoko-Korkus, who broke the story of her arrest, was her old passport.

Now that she has been in Dubai for over five weeks and the innocent boy left with a nanny in Abuja, what should her family and that of her ex hubby do?”

“Even if the father wants to take the child to her in Dubai, where is the child’s passport? Already, it has been deposited in a bank agreed on by the couple as instructed by the court. He can’t even withdraw it alone!,” sources said.

Tonto, who has tried to liven up herself in Dubai, is an old image of herself. She not only has lost weight, she was complaining in an Instastory that she wants her fats back. She wrote that she is losing weight.

Now trying to be part of a female football group in Dubai, with the help of her current male friend over there, its obvious Tonto is stuck in that country!

“She caused it. Tonto is too temperamental whenever she is high. The concern now is how to get her son from that nanny in Abuja because she could run short of money and food for herself and King Andre. What if she runs away and leaves the boy alone?” sources said.

Kemiashefonlovehaven gathered exclusively that Tonto’s ex husband, Churchill is heading for the court again.

“Churchill is going back to court over the custody of the child since Tonto is stuck in Dubai. He is angry that she has been taking money for the son’s upkeep and refused to comply with the court rules and order. In fact, he has taken another step and decided to open a trust fund account for his son. This way, the money would be judiciously spent on the child,” source said.

Balogun Eletu, the music promoter better known as Sam Larry, has denied claims that he gave Davido a 24-hour ultimatum to apologise to Wizkid.

An X user alleged that Sam Larry asked Davido to tender an apology to Wizkid following their online altercation earlier this week.

The user also claimed that the music promoter warned that he would take action against Davido if the ‘Assurance’ hitmaker does not do his bidding.

“Davido. Abi kini o pe. I give you 25 hours to apologise to Machala or I might have to step in,” the post allegedly attributed to Larry reads.

However, in a post via his Instagram story on Wednesday, the Lagos socialite reposted the said post while refuting the claims.

“This is fake story. Sam Larry never post such thing. Stop posting fake rumours about Sam Larry,” Larry wrote.

On Monday, a fight ensued between Davido and Wizkid on X after the ‘Ojuelegba’ hitmaker mocked him and Don Jazzy, the Mavin Records head honcho.

Wizkid referred to Don Jazzy as an “influencer” while taunting Davido with a video of him on his knees, pleading and crying after a fan asked him to release new music.

Yul Edochie, the Nigerian actor, has offered his opinion on Wizkid‘s recent social media outburst.

Wizkid set social media ablaze on Monday after referring to Don Jazzy, head honcho of Mavin Records, as an “influencer”.

He also engaged in a heated exchange with Davido, his colleague.

In a video shared on Instagram, Edochie attributed Wizkid’s outburst to the “pain of losing his mother”.

He added that society does not provide support for those grieving.

“Many people would not understand what is happening to Wizkid. But I will tell you, it’s the pain of losing his mother,” he said.

“Wizkid is going through the pain of losing his mother. It is a terrible pain. You see that pain of losing a loved one? It is a terrible pain. It is a pain that would make you question God. It is a pain that would make you question life. It is a pain that would make you throw caution to the wind. It is a pain that would make you sometimes want to even take your life.

“It is a pain that would make you sometimes become even disrespectful and just say a lot of things. It is a pain that would even make you question your existence. You lose your mother and you lose your sanity. It is a terrible pain. And that is what is happening to Wizkid.

“Unfortunately, we live in a world that would even give you more pain than love.”

Why I said Wizkid disrespected Don Jazzy – Mr. Macaroni

Comedian and actor, Adebowale Adedayo, aka Mr Macaroni, has disclosed his reason for saying Afrobeat music singer, Wizkid, disrespected the Mavin Records boss, Michael Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy by calling him an ‘influencer’.

Macaroni stated this on Wednesday during a live show on Wazobia TV in Lagos.

The comedian justified his position on Wizkid that although Don Jazzy is an influencer perhaps ‘the biggest entertainment influencer we have in Africa’, adding that the context in which Wizkid presented him was disrespectful.

He added that Don Jazzy is not just an ordinary influencer, saying the Mavin Records label boss influenced the music industry when he newly came out with Ricardo Banks, Tiwa Salvage, Korede Bello, Dija and up the new crops of music artistes.

Macaroni said, “Don Jazzy is an influencer and perhaps the biggest entertainment influencer we have in Africa. He is such a massive influencer in the entertainment industry, from music to film.

“His impact speaks volumes. So, while Wizkid’s comments about Don Jazzy were a bit disrespectful in context, Don Jazzy’s influence is undeniable.

“Look at when he has been doing it with the likes of D’Banj, Wande Coal, Dr Sid, De Prince and then to Maving Records when they newly came out with Ricardo Banks, Tiwa Salvage, Korede Bello, Di’ja and up to this new generation.”

He said Don Jazzy has been so successful that there can never be a discussion around shaping the music industry without mentioning him.

The comedian also described Don Jazzy as a champion and great influence whose impact is undeniable on the growth of the music industry.

“Don Jazzy is a champion. Of course, he’s an influencer; he’s a great influencer. He doesn’t do it for just music; he does it for content and films. All you need is just to add Don Jazzy as a collaborator. You don’t even need to have a million followers. If he loves what you have done, he will just accept your request and the millions of followers that he has can see the content.

“But, the way Wizkid worded it (influencer) when he (Wizkid) said “I can’t chat with an influencer.’ That context is what we find disrespectful,” he added.
