Nick Cannon welcomes 9th child

Published

American actor and media personality Nick Cannon has welcomed his ninth child with Lanisha Cole.

The movie star made the announcement via his Instagram page on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

“Introducing ONYX ICE COLE CANNON… Once again Today I am in Awe of the Devine Feminine! God has given me and @MissLanishaCole the privilege of hosting an Angel here on earth. I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities,” he wrote.

“In this moment of celebration and jubilee, I wish to mute any low vibrational frequencies and only rejoice with the Highest Class of Civilization who are truly aligned with our purpose here in this dimension. We all learn so much from these Angels we call children.”

Cannon said he’ll be giving his all to taking care of his daughter and won’t be defining himself according to what the world wants.

“I am learning that it is not the limited amount of time we have on this planet but it’s the limited amount of love that is the issue. And I promise to love this little girl with all my heart, regardless what anyone says…I’ve given up on attempting to define myself for the world or society but instead, I’m doing the work to heal and grow into the infinite Being God ordained me to be,” he promised.

“Hopefully I can teach Onyx the same, to not let others shame or ridicule her with their outside opinions, because when they do they are only projecting their own harsh experiences, pain and social programming onto her unblemished beauty. As we all know I am not easily triggered and have quite tough skin and have always been an open book but not everyone in my family has that same level of strength.”

He advised anyone trying to criticise him to do that without tarnishing the image of his baby mama, Lanisha.

“So I pray and ask others to please project all criticism and cynicism towards ME and not the loving and precious Mothers of my children. @MissLanishaCole is one of the most guileless, peaceful and nonconfrontational kind souls I’ve ever witnessed, and only deserves to revel in this moment of blissful joy of motherhood,” he appealed.

“Please give her that. She is so loving and pure-hearted. As for me, if you are truly concerned during this time of Spiritual Warfare, my inner struggles with self, mental wellness and physical health concerns… Just continue to pray for me and my entire family that God will grant us Peace that surpasses all Understanding. 🙏🏾❤️”

Mohbad’s toxicology result ready as pathologist begins analysis

The toxicology test carried out on Mohbad, the late singer, to determine the actual cause of his death has been concluded.

Born Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, Mohbad died under mysterious circumstances on September 12 and was buried the next day.

On September 21, the body of the artiste was exhumed. An autopsy was carried out that same day after which the police announced that they were awaiting the results.

The toxicology test was conducted in the United States.

According to PUNCH, the final test results were sent to the state DNA and Forensic Centre last week and were handed over to the police.

The report is also said to have been forwarded to the medical pathologist who carried out the autopsy for analysis and interpretation.

The Lagos state government had called for a coroner’s inquest to determine the cause of Mohbad’s death following public outcry.

Testifying at the coroner’s inquest in March, Richard Somiari, the director of Lagos State DNA and Forensic Centre, said the autopsy result on Mohbad would be ready in less than a month.

However, Monisola Odumosu, head of the family’s legal counsel, said they would apply to the state high court to conduct a separate autopsy and toxicology test.

The lawyer said the family of Mohbad was worried about the process by which the autopsy was conducted.

Odumosu further claimed that no medical expert represented the family at the point the autopsy was done.

Celebrities and influencers alike have never been strangers to seeking the face of God through powerful spiritual leaders and talking about his goodness in their lives publicly.

The latest of the stars that have shared her experience with a spiritual leader is the popular influencer, Nkechi Blessing.

In the latest episode of Inside Scoop with Uriel, the influencer doesn’t hold back on her encounter with Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, the pastor popularly known as Odumeje, or on the internet Indaboski.

She told the host, Big Brother Naija star Uriel Oputa that at her first encounter with Odumeje she was shocked at the things he said about her, information that she said had never been public.

The first time I had an encounter with Odumeje I was shocked to my bone marrow. The man will tell you everything about your life. He’s not just telling you, he’s giving you the solution,” Blessing said. “It is not normal things that are on the internet. He is a true man of God. I am saying it here categorically.”

When Uriel asked if he could heal people, Blessing said, “One hundred percent.”

When Uriel asked further why Odumeje has gotten a bad reputation on the internet as a fake pastor, Blessing said it has to do with the fact that he doesn’t speak English well.

“Because of the fact that he does not know how to communicate well in good English does not make him a fake pastor,” she said.
