‘We’ve read negative rumours, laughed it off’ — Adegboyega hails wife as she turns 40

Tobi Adegboyega, founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC Nation), has celebrated Lucy, his wife, on the occasion of her 40th birthday.

In a lengthy post via his Instagram page, the cleric shared photos of his wife while revealing that they had been together for “over twenty years”.

Tobi said he and Lucy “have never had a day of quarrels” during their marriage.

He said they had both read negative rumours about themselves and shrugged it off because of how well they knew each other.

Tobi also described Lucy as a “leader of those that lead leaders”, adding that she is the “real enigma”.

“She is 40 years old today, yes we have been together for over twenty years now. Her power is in her calm, her beauty is in her leadership. She is truly a leader of those that lead leaders,” he wrote.

“This is about two decades of growth now and we have seen a lot. We’ve read great news about our work together and smiled. We’ve read negative rumors and abuses together and laughed because we know us.

“We have not had a good day of quarrels, in good and hard times she has been constant. She’s the real enigma, lol. She’s not particular on public life or social media but those close enough know who she is and the strength she possesses.

“Today, she is 40 years old. I celebrate her royal majesty. Her name is ….. You fill in the gap.”

The couple tied the knot in 2011 and their union is blessed with kids.

Adegboyega was recently in the news over allegations he had an affair with Ezinne, wife of Super Eagles player Olanrewaju Kayode.
