Karen Igho seeks reconciliation with husband after accusing him of abuse

Published

on

Karen Igho, the winner of the 2011 Big Brother Africa reality show, has called for reconciliation with Yaroslav Rakos, her husband, after accusing him of abuse.

On Tuesday, the reality TV star took to social media to accuse Rakos of physical and sexual abuse. She alleged that he was attempting to gain custody of their children by falsely claiming she was mentally unstable.

She also urged the public to hold him accountable should any harm come to her.

Her outcry sparked concern among her followers and the public. Rakos has yet to respond to the allegations.

But in a new post via X on Wednesday, Igho expressed her desire for reconciliation, stating that she and her husband should put their differences aside for the sake of their children.

She also extended her gratitude to the public for their support.

“I want to thank my husband and father of my children for the wonderful years we had, and I pray we can focus on our children and shower them with love and care,” she wrote.

“Thank you, Nigeria, my home, and thank you, Africa, my heartbeat. I’m a true daughter of the soil. If God is for me, who can be against me? Nobody!!!”

Igho and Rakos tied the knot in Jos, Plateau in 2014 after a nine-year relationship. They have two children together.

Enlarging your manhood doesn’t increase effectiveness, Sam Adeyemi tells men

Published

on

By

Sam Adeyemi, the senior pastor of the Daystar Christian Center, has offered advice to men with concerns about their “small manhood”.

Addressing his congregation on Sunday, the clergyman emphasised that the physical size of manhood does not determine its effectiveness.

The 57-year-old shared a personal anecdote from his secondary school days, highlighting the absurdity of body comparisons.

Adeyemi also encouraged young men to focus on inner growth, self-acceptance, and meaningful relationships.

“One of the major pressures we have is body image problems. It’s terrible, this comparing of your body with mine. Setting standards on what the body should look like and then you find out you fell short. It is so bad,” he said.

“I went to an all-boys secondary school. I still remember the day some of my classmates, they went somewhere and by the time they came back, we now found out what they went to do. They went with a ruler to go measure their private parts and to compare.

“Nothing destroys self-image more than that. It is nonsense. If you are a young guy, let me encourage you because it is all over the internet now. Are they not there? Everywhere you look, you will see either medicine or one Chinese method of elongating your…

“It is a lie, it is not the length that matters but the effectiveness, the skills and love for the other person. So for God’s sake wait till you get married.

“If it is only one person you are doing it with, there will be no need comparing all over the place. Do not let them kill you.”
