Knewrow Visits the Permanent Secretary, OHCSF, on the PASGA Initiative
As part of the ongoing Personnel Audit and Skills Gap Analysis (PASGA) initiative, a key reform project of the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) under the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2025 (FCSSIP25), the Knewrow team paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Secretary Common Services Office, OHCSF, Dr. Danjuma Usman Kalba, in Abuja.
The visit was to update the Permanent Secretary and his team on the progress of the PASGA project, which aims to strengthen human resource management, improve workforce planning, and ensure that the skills of civil servants align with the needs of their organizations.
In attendance were the Deputy Director of Human Resources and Admin, OHCSF, and other key officials of the Office.
During the meeting, Dr. Kalba welcomed the team and referred to the project as an important step toward improving efficiency, accountability, and performance across the Federal Civil Service. He encouraged the Knewrow team to remain proactive and ensure the project is delivered with excellence, noting that PASGA is vital to achieving the civil service reform goals.
Representing Knewrow, the consulting firm engaged by the OHCSF to support the implementation of the PASGA project, were Mr. Ayo Muritala, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Managing Partner; Mr. Tomiwa Anjorin, Mr. Oluwadamilola Alaiya, Ms. Seun Oladapo, Mr. Ezekiel Oladejo, Mr. Ibrahim Ogundinmi, and Ms. Sarah Mkpang.
Speaking during the visit, Mr. Muritala reaffirmed Knewrow’s commitment to supporting the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation in achieving the goals of the PASGA initiative. He noted that, as consultants on the project, Knewrow’s role is to provide technical expertise, data-driven analysis, and implementation support to ensure the initiative delivers accurate insights for workforce planning, training, and human resource development across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
The PASGA initiative, led by the OHCSF, continues to play a major role in transforming the Federal Civil Service into a more efficient, transparent, and result-oriented institution that supports national growth and development.
