Emareyo commends Oborevwori’s three years of governance in Delta
A renowned businessman and philanthropist based in Abuja, Chief Lawrence Emareyo, has commended the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori, for what he described as remarkable achievements and inclusive development across the state over the past three years.
Speaking on the governor’s third anniversary in office, Emareyo congratulated Oborevwori for delivering democratic dividends to the people and ensuring that no part of the state is left behind. He noted that governing a state with 25 local government areas requires dedication, wisdom, and commitment.
According to him, while many people struggle to manage their homes, communities, or local government councils, Governor Oborevwori has successfully overseen the affairs of the state and recorded visible progress in infrastructure and other developmental projects.
The philanthropist described the governor as a hardworking and listening leader whose administration has positively impacted the lives of Deltans. He added that three years in office is a significant milestone worthy of celebration and that the governor’s performance has earned him widespread appreciation and support.
Emareyo also called on Deltans, particularly the youth, to remain focused and law-abiding. He urged parents to guide their children away from cultism, kidnapping, armed robbery, theft, and other social vices capable of endangering their future and disrupting societal peace.
He further emphasized the need for love, unity, and hard work, encouraging residents to engage in productive ventures and support one another. According to him, his passion for empowering the less privileged and supporting quality education for indigent children is inspired by the biblical injunction to love one’s neighbour as oneself..
