Amanda Seyfried, Thomas Sadoski separate after nine years of marriage
Hollywood actors Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski have announced their separation after nine years of marriage.
The couple confirmed the development in a joint statement, revealing that they had already been separated for some time before making the news public.
Seyfried, 40, and Sadoski, 50, said they believe ending their marriage is the best decision for their family.
Despite their separation, the pair stressed that they remain committed to supporting each other and maintaining their family relationship.
Seyfried and Sadoski first met in 2015 while appearing together in the off-Broadway production The Way We Get By.
They later reconnected while working on the 2017 film The Last Word and began dating in 2016.
The couple became engaged later that year before eloping in March 2017.
They welcomed their daughter, Nina, shortly after their wedding, while their son, Thomas Jr., was born in 2020.
Throughout their marriage, the actors largely kept their family life private while occasionally speaking publicly about parenting and supporting each other’s careers.
Their announcement brings an end to nearly a decade of marriage.
