Playboy mansion is now on sale for $US200m???
The playboy mansion where stars are made is presently on sale for $200m. It was learnt that the surrounding homes have an asking price of $60m-$90m but the asking price of $200m was marked for the playboy mansion because of the acreage.
According to TMZ, the 1927 Los Angeles residence of Hugh Hefner is set to be listed by the end of the month.
According to the website’s real estate sources, the catch is keeping Hugh Hefner in the house.
Whoever buys the house will be required to give Hugh Hefner a life estate, meaning he can continue to live in the mansion until he dies. Prospective purchasers of the properties are permitted to tour the mansion but will be reportedly barred from entering Hef’s room.
