Kim Kardashian reveals she has five nannies for four children

Reality television star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian has revealed that she employs five nannies to help care for the four children she shares with former husband Kanye West.

Kardashian disclosed the arrangement during an interview with The Sunday Times Style Magazine.

The 45-year-old is mother to North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven.

Despite having five nannies, Kardashian explained that they do not all work at the same time.

One nanny is generally on duty while four others form part of the household’s rotating childcare arrangement.

Kardashian said she remains closely involved in her children’s daily lives.

She told the publication that she handles school drop-offs and pickups, eats dinner with the children each evening and reads with them before bedtime.

She described herself as a moderately strict but patient parent and said she tries to balance boundaries with affection.

Kardashian also discussed how her children appear on the family’s reality television programme, explaining that she tries to respect each child’s level of comfort with being filmed.

She said her younger children may sometimes be present while filming without necessarily becoming part of major storylines
