A Nigerian man has shared the story of how a graduate of aeronautical engineering had to find alternative means of survival as employment was not forthcoming.
According to the narrator with Twitter handle @radioboycragg, he entered a bus from Agege to Iyana Ipaja area of Lagos state only for him to find out that bus driver is an aeronautical engineer.
He said the man disclosed that he decided to settle for driving buses for the Agege park chairman because he ‘can’t let his family starve’.
The Twitter user said the bus driver’s story born out of a dysfunctional society, touched him so much that he cried.
”Hahaha, just reminded of last Saturday when the driver that took me from agege to yanapaja, man is an Aircraft engineer, driving bus for the Agbero chairman of Agege motor park.
I wept, man was like can’t let family starve. Aircraft engineer now driving for agbero,’‘ @radioboycragg wrote.
