BREAKING: Court Frees El-Zakzaky And His Wife
A Kaduna State High Court has ordered the release of the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky and his wife, Channels Television reported.
El-Zakzaky was facing charges bordering on culpable homicide, unlawful assembly and disruption of public peace.
His no-case submission was upheld by Justice Gideon who stated that the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case against the defendants.
