2face drags Blackface to court, demands N50million

Nigerian legendary musician, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface, has reacted to the criticism by his former band member Blackface and Eedris Abdulkareem.

Tuface took to Twitter to lambaste both Blackface and Eedris.

His outburst is said to be a response to Blackface’s recent interview on PulseNg’s ‘Loose Talk’ podcast where he criticised Tuface.

Eedris in an interview had also slammed Tuface, saying he only does love songs and impregnates women.

But 2Baba took to Twitter to say his mind.

“Dear blackface and Idris. as na una sabimusic pass make una do the music and stop talking nonsense all the time. I’m 2 busy so this is the only advice and response u’re gonna get from me. una fit resume una nonsense rants.”

Blackface has revealed he is being sued for N50m by Innocent ‘2face’ Idibia, his former Plantashun Boiz bandmate.

The ‘Hard Life’ singer says 2face is suing him over his age-long claim that he wrote ‘Let Somebody Love You’ and ‘African Queen’.

In a post on Instagram, Blackface wrote: “2face Idibia @official2baba & his manager Efe Omorogbe @efeomorogbe sued me for 50Million.

“They (are) claiming I didn’t write #letsomebodyloveyou & #africanqueen (and) what else?

“Just about time me and my legal team (file) for #mydefence. After which I will release my album #risingsun (defendervol2).”
